• Device Identifiers: Unique IDs (e.g., d_id) for your sensor nodes.

• Environmental Data: Real-time and historical data including, but not limited to:

  • Air and Soil Temperature

  • Humidity (Air and Soil)

  • Leaf Wetness

  • Rainfall

  • Light Intensity

  • Wind Speed and Direction

  • Atmospheric Pressure

  • Soil Nutrients (NPK, pH, EC)

2.3. Usage Data

• App Interaction: Information about how you navigate the App, which screens you visit (Dashboard, Protection, Soil, Alerts), and your interaction with features like the AI Chatbot.

• Chat Logs: We store the text queries you send to “Kisan AI” and the responses generated to provide context for future conversations and improve our AI model.

2.4. Location Data

• We collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) to map your devices, provide localized weather forecasts (via OpenWeatherMap), and offer location-specific agricultural advice.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality: To display real-time farm conditions, historical trends, and device status on your Dashboard.

• Analytics & Insights: To analyze sensor data and provide actionable insights regarding pest/disease risks (e.g., Apple Scab risk), irrigation needs, and spray timing.

• AI Services: To power the “Kisan AI” chatbot, enabling it to answer your farm-specific queries using your specific sensor context.

• Alerts & Notifications: To send you alerts about critical conditions (e.g., frost warnings, high pest activity, device offline status).

• Improvement: To improve our algorithms, App performance, and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies (e.g., Render for backend hosting, OpenWeatherMap for weather data) to process data on our behalf. These parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
